Meet Our Founder, Sohil Kara

Best Independent Consultant finalist at the prestigious Change Awards 2024.
Sohil has 15 years of business transformation experience prior to becoming an independent consultant in 2020. During this time he has experienced different cultures, values and leadership styles as part of a number of complex organisational change programs. This sparked his interest to specialise in leading a consultancy with a focus on Change Management and Organisation Design.

Having held roles within top tier management consultancies such as Deloitte and EY as well as multinational industry Clients such as L’Oreal, Sohil developed a passion for helping navigate organisations and their associates through change and as always takes great pride in continuing to build strong relationships and networks through transformation initiatives.
Today, Sohil does more than just lead the change. He sculpts it, driving operational excellence, collaborates with project teams and provides thought provoking innovation. Sohil provides practical change tools and actionable strategies to tackle common transformation roadblocks, unlocking the full potential of associates and leaders.

Sohil is a PROSCI and Agile Change Practitioner and through 2024 has taken on education to support his passion in coaching leaders through change with a certification in Executive & Leadership Coaching. His unique blend of leadership roles and transformation delivery wisdom provide all of the tools to orchestrate profound improvements in even the most challenging environments.
